How Pre-Orders Work

We're excited to offer customers the opportunity to reserve new and upcoming products before they become available for immediate delivery. Our pre-order program allows you to purchase eligible products in advance while we work toward meeting the minimum order quantity required for production or fulfillment.

Placing a Pre-Order

When you place a pre-order, payment is collected in full at checkout. Your order is reserved and held until the minimum sales threshold for that product has been reached. Once the threshold is met, we will initiate the ordering or production process and arrange shipment when the merchandise becomes available.

Pre-Order Holding Period

Each pre-order product has a designated holding period, which may be 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, or one year, depending on the product. The applicable holding period will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

What Happens If the Sales Threshold Is Not Met?

If the required sales threshold has not been reached by the end of the designated pre-order holding period, a full refund will be automatically issued to the customer's original payment method. No refund request or additional action is required. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Once the minimum sales threshold has been met, the product will move into the ordering or production stage. Customers will receive updates regarding their order status and estimated shipping schedule. Delivery dates may vary depending on manufacturing, supplier availability, and shipping conditions.
