At OldSchoolHoodies.com, we believe loyalty deserves recognition. Our Members Only Exclusive Club is our way of thanking customers who support our brand and share our appreciation for old-school style, nostalgia, and quality apparel.
Membership is simple. Purchase any two qualifying hoodies from OldSchoolHoodies.com, and you'll become eligible for exclusive membership benefits, including an automatic 10% discount on future qualifying purchases.
There are no membership dues, annual fees, or subscription requirements.
1. Membership Eligibility
Customers qualify for the Members Only Exclusive Club after purchasing and retaining at least two qualifying hoodies from OldSchoolHoodies.com.
The two hoodies may be purchased together in a single order or separately across multiple orders, provided both purchases are associated with the same customer account.
Membership becomes active once the qualifying purchases have been fulfilled and are no longer eligible for a return or refund under our published Return Policy.
Membership is assigned to the individual customer account and is nontransferable.
2. Exclusive 10% Member Discount
Active Members Only Exclusive Club members receive an automatic 10% discount on future qualifying merchandise purchases made through OldSchoolHoodies.com.
The discount is applied automatically during checkout when the member is signed into their registered customer account.
The discount applies to eligible merchandise only and does not apply to shipping charges, sales taxes, gift card purchases, or other excluded items.
The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
3. Discount Restrictions
The exclusive 10% membership discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, discount code, special pricing, or promotional incentive.
The membership discount cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards, including transactions consisting exclusively of gift cards.
The membership discount may be used on eligible merchandise purchased using a previously issued gift card as a payment method, provided the merchandise otherwise qualifies for the discount.
4. Gift Cards and Members Only
Gift card purchases do not count toward the two-hoodie membership qualification.
Gift cards cannot be combined with the membership discount when purchasing products or merchandise, as gift cards are redeemed at their full face value and are not eligible for additional discounts or promotional offers. Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied to a transaction. When multiple offers are available, the customer may select the eligible offer that provides the greatest savings, subject to the terms of that promotion.
5. Returns, Refunds & Membership Disqualification
Membership is a loyalty benefit awarded to customers who complete and retain their initial qualifying hoodie purchases.
If a customer returns either or both of their first two qualifying hoodies for a refund, regardless of the reason, those purchases will no longer qualify toward membership.
If membership has already been activated, it may be revoked when a qualifying hoodie is returned for a refund.
Customers whose initial qualifying purchases are refunded must complete two new qualifying hoodie purchases to become eligible for membership again.
Exchanges for the same merchandise in a different size or replacement of defective or damaged merchandise will not ordinarily affect membership eligibility, provided the customer retains the replacement merchandise.
Nothing in this provision limits any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.
6. Membership Account Requirements
Members must maintain an active customer account with OldSchoolHoodies.com to receive their exclusive benefits.
Membership discounts are automatically associated with the registered account and cannot be shared with family members, friends, or other customers.
Customers must be signed into their membership account at checkout to receive the automatic discount.
Guest purchases or purchases made using a different customer account may not qualify for membership benefits.
7. Preorders & Special Merchandise
Qualifying hoodie preorders may count toward membership once the merchandise has been fulfilled and the applicable return period has expired.
Preorder payments alone do not activate membership.
The membership discount may apply to future eligible preorders unless the specific preorder promotion or product terms expressly exclude additional discounts.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with special preorder pricing, promotional incentives, or other offers.
If a qualifying preorder is canceled or refunded before fulfillment, it will not count toward membership eligibility.
8. Membership Duration
Once activated, membership remains valid for as long as the Members Only Exclusive Club operates, the member maintains an eligible account, and the member complies with this Charter.
Membership does not require annual renewal or additional purchases.
OldSchoolHoodies.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, including its benefits and eligibility requirements, upon reasonable notice where practicable and subject to applicable law.
Membership does not guarantee that any particular merchandise, style, size, or product will remain available.
9. Misuse & Fraud Prevention
OldSchoolHoodies.com reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges when there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account sharing, manipulation of promotional offers, abuse of the return process, or other violations of this Charter.
Membership benefits may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or used for unauthorized commercial resale purposes.
Any membership suspension or revocation will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Program Changes & Limitations
OldSchoolHoodies.com may revise program terms, eligible merchandise categories, discount restrictions, or membership administration procedures.
Material changes will be communicated through the website or registered customer contact information when reasonably practicable.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate discounts already properly applied to completed transactions.
In the event of a technical or administrative error, OldSchoolHoodies.com reserves the right to correct the error, subject to applicable law.
11. General Terms & Conditions
Participation in the Members Only Exclusive Club is voluntary and subject to this Charter, the OldSchoolHoodies.com Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any applicable promotional conditions.
Membership does not establish an ownership interest, partnership, subscription, or other financial interest in OldSchoolHoodies.com.
Membership benefits are available only through authorized purchases on OldSchoolHoodies.com and are not redeemable through third-party sellers or unauthorized marketplaces.
The program is void where prohibited by law. Nothing in this Charter waives or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
